| Very nice, totally enclosed power supply for 3 identical 12V LED strips in series. Designed exclusively for 36V applications with limited adjustment range. You can dial the voltage down [via a screwdriver-adjusted trimpot under a rubber plug] to as low as 32V for power-saving up to 44V to compensate for wiring resistance. If your LEDs lack current limiting series resistors there is a current-limit adjustment under a second rubber cover but it too is rather limited in range [about 0.6A to the nameplate rating of 1.12A]. I havent tried the dimming feature but it is very versatile allowing a simple remote rheostat, control voltage, or micro controller-friendly logic-level PWM signal to control brightness from 10% to 100%. The separate AC and DC/Dimming cables are power-cord grade with #18 wires. | ||
